Driven by a desire to work with people and support them on their journey toward greater well-being, I began my training as a massage therapist in the 1980s. From 1985 to 1987, I trained at the Massein School of Massage in Zurich, specializing in classic massage, sports massage, foot reflexology, spinal mobilization, and other treatment methods.<\/p>

I knew I had found my passion. What began as a personal interest grew into my profession\u2014and has remained so to this day.<\/p>

After the first few years of running my own massage and wellness practice in Adliswil and later in Rohr, my journey took me to Schafisheim in 1992, where I operated my own practice for more than two decades. Since 2007, I have been offering my services through Body and Soul in Davos, and since 2015, also at my location in Anglikon.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Alongside my work as a massage therapist, I have continued to expand my knowledge and skills through ongoing professional training. From 1989 to 1992, I completed my training as a naturopathic practitioner at ZAH, the school of the Swiss Association of Naturopathic Practitioners (NVS). Over the years, I have pursued additional training in areas including foot reflexology, kinesiology, shiatsu, meridian massage, Touch Line, hypnotherapy, aromatherapy, energy work, and various Asian massage and relaxation techniques. Since 1999, I have also offered Touch Line seated massage.<\/p>

It is important to me to remain curious and continuously expand my knowledge. Regular refresher courses and continuing education therefore remain an integral part of my professional journey to this day.<\/p>

I am grateful for the many people and mentors who have placed their trust in me, supported me along the way, and continually encouraged me to grow and follow my own path.<\/p>

Today, I can truly say: \u201cI turned my passion into my profession.\u201d<\/strong> In my work, I combine many years of experience with a broad range of knowledge and a personal approach to each individual. To me, no treatment is ever just a treatment\u2014the person and their unique needs are always at the heart of what I do.<\/p>
